NYC Scene: Popsicles, Prosecco and Pineapple Print at Loopy Droopy

NYC Scene: Popsicles, Prosecco and Pineapple Print at Loopy Droopy

There are two key elements that make up a good summer rooftop situation in New York City. For those seeking an elevated refuge from the heat, the base factors that spell relief are booze and a breeze. Yet, given the fact that every single person in the city is looking for this same experience, establishments must up their game in order for New Yorkers to withstand the inevitable entry wait.

At Loopy Droopy, the gentle winds drifting in off the nearby Hudson River check off one of the two main requirements for good rooftopping. But what else is it about this fairly small, outdoor lounge that keeps city dwellers vying to reach the 16th floor of the Conrad Hotel in Battery Park? The answer: an upgraded libations list that features cocktails with generous pours of prosecco and delicious, frozen fruit popsicles dropped in to the mind-numbing vat of bouncing bubbles, duh (even the folks at Cosmopolitan think that this is genius! Read, here).

Below are a few pictures of this Instagramable bubble pour with the added quintessential summer treat. Also, for extra fun summer vibes, I’m wearing a pineapple print dress by Milly (one of my favorite designers for ultra femme feels!). Additional styling options can be seen at the bottom of the page.

Such a fun look! The dress is lovely on you, I really like the print. I’m in NY in September, so hopefully the weather is nice so I can visit this place, looks gorgeous.
